The room was not cleaned / made automatically every day. Even though we requested this (which was strange we had to do), the room was not made after the first night.
Hotelier's response : Good morning,
We are aware of your opinion and are surprised that your room was not cleaned despite your request.
In fact, we no longer do daily cleaning automatically because we realized that many people didn't want it. However, it remains a free service. There must have been an oversight and we apologize for this error.
We hope that you still have the best memories of your stay with us.
